Application for membership at Be Well is available to licensed and pre-licensed mental health professionals, as well as providers in allied disciplines and adjunctive services.

When you’re ready to join, click the link below to join our members portal. We will review your application and upon approval and payment of your Resident Membership fee ($250), you will receive setup instructions.

In your first month, we’ll welcome you and support you with a new member orientation, get you access to the reservation app and the offices, and help you schedule your first office visit!
